  • Basic/Beginners

    Delve into the basics of yoga while mastering deep breathing and movement from within. Engage in gentle movements mindfully to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and inner peace. All Levels.

  • Mixed Levels

    For beginners to advanced students. Focuses on breathwork, calmness, and rejuvenation. Modifications offered. All levels.

  • Gentle

    A perfect blend of breath, movement, stretch and a chance to let go and relax.  A peaceful, inviting class designed for anyone looking for a slower paced practice.  Focus is on body awareness linking mindful breathing with simple movements.

  • Slow Flow

    This class remains challenging yet moves at a slower pace compared to a typical Vinyasa flow session. It focuses more on alignment, breath, and the fundamental aspects of yoga practice, with fewer poses. Suitable for all levels of experience.

  • Chair Yoga

    A practice accessible to all, including those with mobility challenges. Yoga seated in a chair, great for seniors but inclusive to everyone.

  • Yoga/Pilates Fusion

    A dynamic combination of yoga and Pilates focusing on core strength, flexibility, and posture correction. All levels.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Dynamic and energizing sequence with traditional sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, and twists. Intermediate to advance experience levels.

  • Vin/Yin Flow

    Class starts with an invigorating Vinyasa sequence including sun salutations and standing poses, and concludes with a soothing yin sequence. Geared towards intermediate level practitioners.

  • Hot Yoga

    (Hot Yoga is on hiatus for the summer and will be back in the fall).

    Vinyasa flow in a heated room at 95°F, targeting flexibility and muscle relaxation. Advanced experience levels.

  • Yin/Restorative

    (This class is on hiatus and will be back in the fall)

    Yin & Restorative Yoga are different yet similar. Class will start with a series of yin poses then transition into restorative poses. Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the deep connective tissues in our bodies .

    Restorative Yoga is a contemplative practice that uses props like chairs, blocks, straps, sandbags, bolsters, and blankets to totally support the body, enabling the release of mind and body tension.
